Congratulations to Johnny O’Keeney who won his first Irish Open Men’s Singles title at the 2022 Irish & Ballinrobe Open defeating Joe Devenney in the final of the Mens Singles. O’Keeney was also triumphant in the Mens Open Doubles with partner Ken Cottrell to take the title.

Aisling Hickey took the Women’s Singles title defeating Antonia Neary of Arklow 3 games to 1 in the final battle of the day.

This years Irish Open were special as there was a 1:1 ratio of Male to Female athletes in the competition. Obviously a great effort by everyone involved.
