Marcel Luensmann wins Hamburg ‘Halloween” Open 2021

Marcel Luensmann ist the winner of the 2021 Hamburg Open, that were held on the Halloween weekend. He defeated Arne Schmitz 15-5, 15-9 in the final. Together with legendary Joachim Loof, he also claimed the Open Doubles title by winning against Arne Schmitz and Mike Mesecke (GER) 15-2, 15-13.
The Hamburg Open 2021 were the first tournament in Germany since January 2020. Even though Covid-19 restirctions put a bit if a burden on the organization the tournament went smoothly.
